About this Event
A new moon circle is a sacred pause—a space to reconnect, ground, and gather in sisterhood. Wrapped in the gentle energy of the new moon, we honor our connection with nature, the universe, and ourselves, supporting growth, healing, and the setting of intentions.
The new moon marks a time of potential and possibility, inviting us to embrace the unknown and turn inward. It encourages us to pause, take a breath, and reflect on our deepest desires and intentions as we prepare for new beginnings.
In this dark phase, we create a supportive space for exploration and reflection, inviting clarity and insight to emerge. The new moon reminds us: we have the power to manifest our dreams and intentions, and we are always enough—just as we are.
What to Expect
- Guided meditation to relax, release tension, and connect with the transformative energy of the new moon.
- Gentle breathwork and somatic practices to support healing and deepen the connection between body and mind.
- Reflection time and journaling with soothing natural tea.
- A sharing circle (optional) to express what is arising for you in a safe and supportive space.
- Oracle cards to connect with the moon’s energy and nurture your intuition.
- Intention-setting ritual—as we embrace the new moon, we reflect on what seeds we wish to plant and what we are ready to call in for the cycle ahead.
Circle altar—you’re welcome to bring an item to place on the altar, charging it with the new moon’s energy and the collective energy of the circle.
Cushions, pens, paper, water, and tea will be provided. Feel free to bring anything for extra comfort, such as a blanket, your own journal, or a water bottle.
