New Moon Sound Bath
Come join me for an evening of sound, relaxation, and magic at Awakenings Wellness Center in Portland Oregon.
Under the quiet energy of the New Moon, we gather to listen, not with the mind, but with the heart.
This circle is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften inward, and allow sound to guide you back to your inner voice. We will begin with a guided meditation to ground the body and open the heart, followed by a nourishing sound bath designed to clear stagnant energy and create space for new beginnings.
As the sound settles, you’ll be invited into a reflective writing practice, allowing words to arise naturally from vibration, feeling, and intuition. No writing experience is needed. This is not about crafting perfect poetry, but about giving voice to what has been waiting to be heard.
We will close the circle, anchoring the seeds planted under the New Moon and honoring both the words that were written and those that remain unspoken.
This offering is for anyone seeking clarity, creative expression, emotional release, or a deeper connection to themselves during the New Moon.
