About this Event
The new moon is the time of new beginnings. A time to set new intentions for the next moon cycle. This meditation will begin with discussing the upcoming energies of this Leo new moon, so you can be aware and work with them in the coming weeks. This sound immersion meditation uses gongs, singing bowls, drums, and a variety of other healing instruments to help bring your mind, body, and spirit into a harmonious state.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
