SOUND BATH – EMOTIONAL RESET SUNDAY MORNING

Start your Sunday morning with a powerful experience inside The Sound Bath Studio in Palos Verdes—a calming, intentional space designed for releasing emotional weight, restoring clarity, and reconnecting with your body and mind.
We’ll guide you through a deeply immersive Sound Therapy and Meditation journey using:
- Symphonic Gongs
- Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls
- Tibetan Bowls, Frame Drums, and a range of primal instruments
Every sound is selected to help shift what’s been stuck, soften what’s been heavy, and bring you into a space where you can breathe easier, feel grounded, and start your day lighter.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:
- A private indoor studio setting (only 8 spots max for a deeper experience)
- A guided sound meditation that calms your nervous system
- A space where you can fully unwind, reset your focus, and recharge
Our Meditation Sound Room was created with care—it’s acoustically designed to hold you in a safe, peaceful atmosphere that helps the sounds move through you with ease and intention.

- ⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Doors open at 8:45 AM and close at 9:10 AM)
- 🚗 Parking: Free parking on-site
- 🔞 Age Requirement: 16+
- ❌ Reservations Only – No Walk-ins
- 💳 Refund Policy: Full refunds are available up to 5 days before the event (Eventbrite fees not included). No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
Tickets are transferrable to another person but cannot be applied to a different event.
WHAT TO BRING:
We provide mats, blankets, and bolsters for your comfort, but feel free to bring anything that helps you settle in:
- Yoga mat or pad
- Your favorite pillow or blanket
- Eye mask (optional but encouraged)
