Close out your weekend with an immersive Sound Therapy + Guided Meditation experience inside our intimate, acoustically tuned Meditation Sound Room in Palos Verdes.
This session is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and prepare your body and mind for the week ahead.
Let go of tension, overthinking, and emotional weight as you’re enveloped in the resonant vibrations of:
- Symphonic Gongs
- Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls
- Tibetan Bowls
- Drums & Primal Instruments
Every frequency is intentionally layered to promote emotional release, energetic clarity, deeper sleep, and inner balance. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply in need of stillness, this is your space to recalibrate.
What You’ll Experience:
- A high-vibration sound bath guided by a seasoned practitioner
- A space for deep rest and full-body recalibration
- Tools to help reduce stress, anxiety, emotional overload, and support recovery from trauma or burnout
- Guided light breathing for emotional release + meditation woven into the sound for even deeper integration
Our space is limited to just 8 guests to preserve the quality and intimacy of the healing experience.

- Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Doors open at 7:45 PM and close at 8:10 PM)
- Parking: Free parking on the property
- Ages: 16+ only
- RESERVATIONS ONLY — No walk-ins permitted
- Refund Policy: Full refunds available if canceled 5+ days prior (Eventbrite fees non-refundable). No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Tickets are transferable to another person, but not to a different event.

We provide all the essentials—mats, bolsters, and blankets—but you’re welcome to bring your favorite cozy extras:
