You’ll be guided into a meditative state through the healing frequencies of:
Crystal frosted singing bowls – to balance energy and clear blockages
Gong – for deep cellular release and transformation
Chimes – to awaken lightness and clarity
Rain stick – to soothe and ground your nervous system

This is more than just a sound bath it’s a space for:

Gentle inner reflection and intention setting
Energetic realignment and spiritual nourishment
Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while healing vibrations wash over the body, calming the mind and guiding you inward. ✨

Pillow – for head and neck comfort
Blanket – to stay cozy and grounded
Layers- to stay warm (naturally our body temperture drops during meditation)
(Optional) Yoga mat or extra cushion – only if you prefer additional support on the floor. A mat is not required to bring.

We kindly ask you to arrive 10minutes early to settle in before the journey begins. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the session starts, doors will be locked.
