COST:
£35 which includes a £5 deposit (recommended due to limited spaces), and cuppa herbal tea and some grounding chocolate for afterwards and the opportunity to sit and share space with other participants.

Open to all over the age of 12
WHERE:
The evening takes place in the calm of the beautiful Fankerton Hut, near Denny in Central Scotland. There is an onsite car parking, and a nearby bus stop.
This is part of a series of collaborative healing sessions offered by Tracy McNeil from Aromaway and Ashantara Gray.

WHY:
Balancing both the recent New Moon in Scorpio (Reed) energy (20th November), alongside the shifting energies brought in from Samhain (Celtic New Year) at the start of the month.
With the energy from the New Moon still potent, we turn our attention inward, looking to release and let go of whatever remains in the shadows that have been holding you back, particularly around the area of emotions, life, relationships, goals and patterns. Diving into what is hidden from view and buried deep within, facing whatever we've been avoiding or unable to shift, clearing away unnecessary cords and connections. Its time to embrace more balance in our energies, considering what and who you no longer need or welcome in your life, and opening you up to your potential of future pathways and manifestations as you move forward.
Scorpio (and Reed) assist by fine tuning the emphasis around greater clarity, cutting through manipulations and false truths, and assisting with revealing whatever has been hidden as you rebalance and ground yourself at this time.

DETAILS:
The evening will include bathing you in a sound healing session with Tracy, giving you space to recalibrate and center your energies. This is then followed by a shaman journey to meet your Spirit Guides with Ashantara, to allow you to feel more uplifted, cleared and grounding both in body and soul. After this Ashantara will channel messages from your Spirit Guides and pull oracle cards to assist you further in processing your journey to Otherworld.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your own yoga mat, along with a pillow/ cushion, eye mask/ scarf, and blanket for your comfort. We have some mats/masks/blankets to share too, just let us know in advance. You also have the option to sit upright or in a chair if you prefer.
There will be water available to drink or bring your own, and afterwards an optional herbal tea will be available for drinking after the session, along with some grounding chocolate, along with an open space to discuss your journey afterwards (if you wish).
