ASA Scotland have commissioned the Dave Penman Memorial Bench. This is a community event, we would welcome the support of veterans who made our Nation. Let us remember a local hero who served with the Parachute Regiment and Britain’s Elite Special Air Service Regiment. A 2nd Bench will be gifted to Dave’s old primary school.
