The New Moon symbolizes fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation. It's an ideal time to harness the manifestation energy it brings, to support intentions and goals that you develop as the moon waxes toward fullness. This lunar phase offers a unique opportunity for us to align with our true selves, release old patterns and beliefs, and create space for new beginnings.
The new moon is the darkest night of the month. It's a time when we can illuminate the darkest parts of our being, including emotions like grief, loss, and anger. Come and be bathed in restorative sound on this new moon.
Begin with a meditation as you relax on zero gravity chairs (provided to you) and we will flow into the sound immersion where Diana will play the gongs which will carry you into a relaxing, meditative journey and Rebecca will rebalance and align the chakras playing the crystal bowls. The powerful sound of the gongs and the intense tones of singing bowls will not only appeal to your senses acoustically, but will also create gentle vibrations that flow through your entire being.
Bring anything you need to make you comfortable and cozy such as a blanket, an eye covering, fuzzy socks, and a bottle of water. BYOB a spirited drink and delicious hot tea will be available for all at the end of the Gong Bath. Please wear comfortable clothing to the session. You will be invited to remove your shoes. Beginners welcome.
