It’s time to Restore & Realign in this February New Moon!We invite you to join our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Mediation event, led by Giulia & Jenny!
Enjoy a delightful restorative yoga practice led by Giulia that prepares your mind, body, and spirit to calm and restore! This class will use props to aid in comfort of poses being held in longer duration.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that aids in stress reduction and connecting to inner peace. This event is also designed to enhance your connection to your higher self by way of your uniquely sequenced asanas (postures), breathing exercises, and intention setting!
You will experience a deep rest and relaxation while listening to the soothing sound waves of crystal sound bowls led by Jenny! When we feel overwhelmed from life stressors, we can feel ungrounded and disconnected from ourselves. Your guided, grounded sound meditation will help you recenter, calm your nervous system, release tension and stress, anchor you in the present moment, and create peace in the mind and body! The combination of your guided mediation in stillness and sound will promote a truly tranquil experience, where you can connect with your highest self’s wisdom and manifestations on this New Moon!

What to bring: yoga mat, water. Optional to bring your own bolster, or small pillow, and blanket. These will be provided at studio as well.
