You’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, inviting you to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal.
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle and is often seen as a time for new beginnings. It offers a gentle opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you’d like to welcome into your life in the weeks ahead.
The Himalayan singing bowls used in this session are crafted from a blend of metals and produce soothing tones and vibrations that encourage deep relaxation and meditative awareness. This immersive experience can help calm the mind, relax the body, and support a sense of balance and overall well-being.
New for your comfort: zero-gravity chairs are now provided, allowing your body to rest in optimal alignment and ease. Please bring a cozy blanket and anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease during the session.
