Sound baths have roots in ancient traditions from Tibet, China, and India. You will be guided through a meditative experience using crystal quartz bowls attuned to the body's Chakras and a gong attuned to Earth's frequencies. Complemented by Tibetan brass bowls, tuning forks, a drum, and chimes. The gentle yet powerful sounds work with the pineal gland, helping open pathways to inner peace and spiritual clarity.
