This breathwork ceremony is called Mirrors of the Heart. Together, we’ll explore how old wounds and patterns may still shape how we give and receive love. Through somatic breathwork, meditation, and a powerful mirror ritual, we’ll be invited into honesty, vulnerability, and the possibility of seeing ourselves—and others—with greater compassion.
It’s a practice of softening. Of choosing intimacy. Of coming back to the heart.
