New Moon Rest & Reflect

An afternoon of rest and reflection in the energy of the new moon.

Join Nathalia on Sunday, January 18 from 12pm to 1:30pm, for stillness and reflection at Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio.

Under the energy of the new moon, we will come together for a yin yoga practice during which we will reflect and set intentions.

Expect to embrace stillness, share as a group, reflect on the past and set intentions for the future.
