Join JJ for a deeply restorative evening inside the tranquil Himalayan Salt Cave — a sacred space to release what no longer serves and set clear intentions for the new year ahead.

Our journey begins with a guided meditation aligned with the New Moon energy, helping you soften into presence and open your heart to renewal. As you rest, JJ will offer gentle Reiki healing and energy balancing to support your emotional and physical release.

The evening continues with a nurturing sound bath — featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes — surrounding you in waves of pure vibration that cleanse the mind and soothe the nervous system.

We’ll close with a short circle reflection, inviting stillness, gratitude, and the quiet magic of new beginnings.

Salt therapy takes place in a Himalayan salt cave where mineral-rich salt particles are released into the air. JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.

She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
