The New Moon in Pisces this February brings an opportunity to plant seeds for your future dreams-- as this lunation is all about connecting with your intuition and setting intentions that are aligned with your highest self.

Meet your Workshop Guide:
Samantha is a chef, retreat organizer, yoga teacher and writer. She holds a BFA in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina where she majored in Non-Fiction, and went on to work as a journalist both domestically and abroad.
After working as the Managing Editor of a magazine in Eastern Europe, Samantha returned to the U.S. to help run her family's restaurant at the Jersey Shore. This experience solidified her love for food and fellowship, and in 2018 she opened Soma Cafe which eventually evolved into the private chef work now offered through her company, Soma Wellness Services.
Samantha brought writing back into her life when she started hosting Yoga Retreats in 2021, where she would facilitate reflective journaling sessions. Over time this grew into the Journaling with Intention Workshop she offers now!
