✨ The studio is fully accessible being on the ground floor

✨ Wear comfortable, warm clothing

✨ Shoes will need to be removed

✨ Essential oils, rooms sprays, music and sound will be used

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Sound baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with pacemakers/metal implants, epilepsy or any form of a serious mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Getting there:

Yoga Point is located on Dalberg Road near the junction with Brixton Water Lane. It is a three minute walk from the Hootananny pub on Effra Road and a two minute walk from the Brixton Water Lane entrance to Brockwell Park.

Tube / Train:15-minute walk from Brixton tube station via Dalberg Road and a 12-minute walk from Herne Hill Station via Railton or Dulwich Road.

Buses: Travelling from Brixton towards Herne Hill, Peckham and Crystal Palace the 3, 37 and 196 buses stop directly opposite Yoga Point on Dalberg Road.

Travelling from Herne Hill, Peckham & Crystal Palace towards Brixton the 3, 37 and 196 stop on Dulwich Road & Brixton Water Lane, two minutes from Yoga Point.

Travelling from Tulse Hill towards Brixton the 2, 415 and 432 stop near Brixton Water Lane on Effra Road, and Tulse Hill, a three-minute walk from Yoga Point.

Parking: Yoga Point is in a Brixton parking zone, with parking meters, which operate 08.30—17.30 Monday – Friday. Please always check before parking.
