Join Nautilus Sound & Wellness and yoga instructor Justina for an evening of movement, restoration, and intentional connection under the energy of the Gemini New Moon.
This special gathering will begin with a grounding and accessible vinyasa flow led by Justina Thorsen, designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and create space for presence and breath. Her thoughtful approach to movement encourages participants to move at their own pace while cultivating balance, awareness, and ease within the nervous system.
Following the yoga practice, guests will be guided into an immersive sound healing experience with Betzy of Nautilus Sound & Wellness. Using crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound frequencies, this restorative sound bath is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic release, and nervous system regulation while inviting stillness and reflection beneath the renewing energy of the new moon.
The Gemini New Moon offers an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and open to new perspectives. Together, movement and sound create a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and nourish both body and mind.
