About this Event
Women’s Circles are a beautiful way to bring self identifying women from all different backgrounds together to be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated.
Women’s Circles allow us to connect with and share our most authentic selves, recognize our power & potential, embrace our vulnerability, nourish ourselves, and continue a tradition practiced by our female ancestors who gathered in Moon Lodges and Red Tents thousands of years ago ⭕️
Within my circles I aim to create a space where:
🌹 You will feel a true sense of belonging.
🌹 You are listened to and held without the pressure to be fixed or to fix others.
🌹 You can share without the fear of judgement and with the knowing that you will be accepted and celebrated for who you are.
🌹 You can connect with your inner wisdom and feel deep connections with others.
🌹 You remember the power that you hold as an individual and as a woman.
My Circles typically include:
🌚A guided visual meditation to ground, truly enter the space, and connect with the body and breath.
🌚 A Sharing Circle - this is your time to share whatever is coming up for you in a safe, supportive, accepting & non judgmental environment. You will be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated by a community of women, and to hold this space for others too.
🌚 Self Reflective Journaling - connect with a tarot archetype to reflect, journal and receive guidance <3
🌚New Moon Intention Setting Ritual - set intentions for what you want to call into your life and release what is no longer serving you.
🌚 Oracle/Affirmation Cards - connect with your intuition and receive a message from The Queen of The Moon Oracle & The Empowering Affirmations for Women Deck.
🌚 Enjoy a heartwarming cup of herbal tea 🍵🌿
What to bring: A journal & pen, water. Optional: An item to add into the altar. This could be a photo of a loved one, a crystal, amulet or piece of jewellery, anything meaningful and special to you.
Venue: Upstairs @ SIX Yoga Studio, 102-107 Western Road, Brighton, BN3 1FA. Enter through the main restaurant doors and head up the stairs on the right hand side. Once upstairs head to the furthest door on the left labelled “studio”.
When: Sunday July 7th, 4pm - 6pm (please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time)
