New Moon Hike for Women In Human Resources

HR women carry a lot. You've been holding space for everyone else. It's time someone held it for you. Come outside. Come back to yourself.
About this Event

WOMEN IN HUMAN RESOURCES- you've been holding space for everyone else through the restructurings, the hard conversations, the policy changes, and the state of the world. You've been carrying a lot.

So we created this experience FOR YOU! This space is for anyone who identifies as a woman and works in Human Resources.

Join us for a new moon hike — a chance to step outside, let nature hold you, and be in community with women who get it. We'll spend time in the elements, set intentions, visualize what we want to call in for ourselves, and simply be. This is a space for you to be heard, supported, and held.

It's your turn to fill your cup.

What to Expect:

  • Move Your Body, Clear Your Mind. We'll hike together through nature — no agenda, no deliverables, just fresh air and the company of women who understand the weight you've been carrying.
  • Supportive Women's Circle. You'll have space to share what you're ready to release and name what you want to call in for this new moon.
  • Set Intentions. We'll close with a guided visualization and breathwork to help you land in your body, get quiet, and get clear on what you're calling forward.
  • Find Your People. HR can be a lonely role. This is a chance to connect with women who get it — the burnout, the complexity, the invisible labor — and remember you don't have to hold it all alone.

Details:

  • Date: Friday, April 17th (the night of the New Moon!)
  • Time: 5:30pm - 7:30pm
  • What's Included: 2 hour hike including intention setting, women's circle, and guided visualization to help you destress and call in what you want more of in your life under the magic of the new moon.

Come ready to connect, relax, and meet other women in HR. Leave feeling refreshed and inspired to prioritize yourself over the next few weeks.
