🌿 We’ll begin with talking a bit about the new moon and then flow into 15 minutes of gentle movement and stretching, easing tension and inviting your body to open.
🌿 Followed by a grounding exercise to connect you deeply to the present moment.
🌿 Then, step into a guided meditation & sound bath where the harmonious tones of chakra singing bowls will gently calm your mind, release stored tension, and restore energetic balance.
