The new moon is a powerful energetic reset. It marks the beginning of a fresh lunar cycle, making it the ideal time to set intentions, plant seeds, and align with what you want to grow over the coming weeks.
On February 17th, the new moon offers a particularly supportive energy for turning inward, gaining clarity, and consciously choosing the direction you wish to move in. It’s a moment of stillness before momentum — the perfect time to get clear on your desires and align your energy with them.
During this guided group session, we will:
