We'll begin with gentle movement and a calming breath meditation to prepare the body and mind. From there, you'll be guided into a long, immersive sound bath featuring the rich vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls - designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support inner harmony.
The energy of the new moon invites reflection and renewal. As we mark the shift into a new season, this workshop is an ideal space to let go of what no longer serves you and anchor into clarity, presence, and ease.
