For your maximum comfort create your own "nest to rest"
- Please bring a yoga mat &/or PLENTY of thick floor padding (cushioning/blanket)
- Small pillow for your head
- A cozy blanket
- Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
- Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
- Wear something cozy & comfortable
- Open doors 20 minutes before session (late entry unavailable)
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome

Strongly suggested: unplugging from technology, crowded spaces and screens for the remainder of the evening and accessing quieter environments. Commune and engage with natural elements: moonlight, water's edge, fire/candlelight or natural landscapes. It is often helpful to journal afterwards or find a quiet place to marinate and reflect.
