πβ¨ New Moon Gathering: Rooted in the Magic of Life β¨πStep into the nurturing embrace of nature as we gather by the Clutha River on December 1st to honor the New Moon in Sagittarius. Under the canopy of trees, with the gentle sound of the river flowing by, this evening invites us to pause, reconnect, and plant new seeds of intention.
Within the 90 minutes we have together, we will move through some gentle grounding practices. Meditation, reflective journaling, somatic yoga/stretching to tune into the body. As well as some space for sharing and tuning into the energy that this new moon offers us.
As the Sagittarius energy calls us to expand and explore, weβll dive into all of the above, feeling into what this cycle invites us to grow within. Together, we'll share in open-hearted connection, enjoying meaningful conversations with a like-minded community.
We will close by taking a dip in the refreshing waters, enjoy chats by the riverbank, and connect to the magic of life as we embrace practices that bring us back to our roots.
This is a mixed-gender space, celebrating our shared rhythms and cycles under the wisdom of the moon.
