Schedule:
- 7:00 - 7:30 PM: Yoga, Meditation & Intention Setting
Begin with a grounding practice to center your energy, followed by a meditation to connect with the themes of the Aquarius New Moon. Set clear, intentional goals for the month ahead. - 7:30 - 8:30 PM: Ecstatic Dance
Let the music guide you into free-flowing movement as we raise our collective vibration with dance. Explore the freedom to express your individuality while connecting with the group energy. - 8:30 - 9:00 PM: Sound Healing
Experience the soothing sounds of the didgeridoo and crystal bowls to close the evening. Allow the healing vibrations to help integrate your intentions and bring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
