New Moon Circle + Sound Bath with Caroline Batoff

Come together in community to honor the cycles of the moon!
In this new moon circle we will start with a beginner friendly explanation of the astrological energies of the moment, reflect on our intentions with curated journaling prompts and share our reflections with the group to cultivate community and harness the power of collective manifestation.
We will conclude with a healing crystal sound bath to both rejuvenate our spirits and anchor our intentions deep in the subconscious mind.
From impacting the tides of the oceans to our inner emotional experiences, the influence of the moon affects all life on earth. During the new moon, the moon’s light is absent from the night’s sky, but in this dark and empty space there is the potential for infinite possibility. Each cycle of the moon offers us support and guidance, with the new moon providing an opportunity each month to set goals and intentions for manifestation.

Bio:
Caroline Batoff is a Sound Healer, Astrologer, Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and Health Coach. She is a Pisces Sun, Taurus Moon and Cancer Rising.
Caroline studied and developed her craft while living in Malibu, California and recently relocated to South Florida where she felt called to continue sharing all of the practices that supported her on her spiritual journey and in healing from anxiety, perfectionism and insomnia.
Working virtually and in person, Caroline has supported and partnered with brands, institutions and studios such as HydraFacial, Johns Hopkins Medicine, The Standard, Raw Juce, Yoga Journey and Unplug Meditation. Caroline also previously served as Program Director for the premiere online international sound healing training, The Sound Healer’s Academy.
