• A calming 30-minute meditation to connect with the new moon’s energy
• Sharing tea in circle
• A tactile release ritual to clear away what’s no longer needed
This month we also have an immersive, guided meditation by James Douglas.
This isn’t a journaling circle — it’s a hands-on, engaging evening shared with wonderful, like-minded people.
