A new moon ceremony for restoration and fresh starts.
This ceremony is weaved with breath, movement, intention and the natural rhythm of the moon to feel aligned, fresh, renewed and to nurture your personal intentions.
An intentionally crafted ceremony where we will utilize sacred teachings to connect you to your body with a flow of your breath and movement weaved with the power of your mind and the energetic pulse of the moon for sacred transformation. This ceremony is crafted with gentle hands as a safe space for you to release, renew and set intentions. All are welcome.
The Space:
A tranquil, grounding and inspiring atmosphere with beverage, offerings and everything else you need to feel completely supported and in your body.

Movement- mix of yoga, somatic work and dance.

About the Moon:
On the exact day of our ceremony, the moon will be new in the sign of Aries. New moons are a great time to set intentions in self development and growth and in the sign of Aries, a fire sign, a portal of freshness to invite in courage and confidence. The Intention for this ceremony is to give you a safe space to find alignment and build momentum toward desire with the direction of your breath, movement and intention.
