CACAO🤎TEA💖SOUND
Join me and my co-facilitator Courtnay for a 🌙New Moon Ceremony of 💖 heart-opening and connection at our sanctuary in Glendale.
We will gather in sacred community with medicinal 🍫cacao and tea☕ as our guides.
🎁The cacao we will be sharing is ceremonial grade and has been lovingly harvested in Costa Rica by a female collective.
🎁Our rare tea is plucked from ancient wild tea trees in Northern Vietnam.
💖Go inward with a journey of sound that will include antique Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and mantra.
💖We will allow intuition to guide us as we create a soundscape that promotes deep-relaxation and a safe container of space for self-healing.

WHAT TO WEAR:Wear comfortable clothing that resonates with you.
We will be seated in circle on meditation pillows. A couch or chair is available for anyone who needs seated support.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your water bottle, journal/pen, and anything you would like to place on the Altar to receive the energy (you will be taking this back home with you).
