About this Event
Join Arianna Dela Rosa (Empowerment Coach) and Trivia Edwards (Wellness Practitioner) for a 4-hour wellness retreat as we gather to reflect on the transformative journey of 2024. Created for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), this retreat provides a sacred and supportive space to celebrate our wins, honor the lessons learned, and anchor deeply in gratitude. Through intentional practices, we’ll explore healing, release old wounds, and create room for self-compassion and personal growth. Together, we’ll embrace a vision of radical dreaming for the year ahead, culminating in a powerful community reflection and coaching session. Arianna will guide us in crafting practical steps to carry compassion, gratitude and empowerment into 2025 and beyond.

Arianna Dela Rosa, M.Ed (she/her)
Arianna is a First-Gen Empowerment Coach deeply committed to helping her community embrace their authentic selves and step into their power. As the first in her family to graduate college and start a business, she has firsthand experience with the unique challenges faced by those navigating uncharted paths. These experiences have profoundly shaped why she does her work today—empowering others to break barriers, live boldly, and honor their journeys. Whether through volunteer work, activism, or her own career, Arianna has always been driven by a desire to uplift her community. She understands the weight of expectations, the struggles of imposter syndrome, and the balancing act of staying true to yourself while navigating systems not built for you. That’s why her coaching goes beyond surface-level strategies—helping you cultivate inner confidence, self-love, and practical tools to thrive in both personal and professional life.
