This New Moon Celebration Breathworkshop will be held in a beautiful retreat home with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains near downtown Marshall, NC.
Led by two professional highly experienced facilitators with over 58 years experience between them, this workshop will deepen your connection with your breath and unlock its incredible potential for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The Breathworkshop includes one Breakthrough Breathwork Meditation Session with a sound bath. Prior to this is a session of self-discovery in which you will be gently guided to go deeper and gain more awareness of whatever you wish to heal and let go of.
