A 90-Minute Floating Sound Journey for Renewal & Nervous System Reset
Float, rest, and reset beneath the new moon.
This immersive aerial sound bath invites you into deep nervous system restoration while gently suspended in a silk hammock.
As the new moon rises in mid-April — a natural time for renewal and fresh intention — this 90-minute journey offers space to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself.
Resting in a silk aerial hammock, you’ll be softly suspended just above the ground, allowing the spine to decompress and the body to fully surrender. From this deeply supported state, waves of sound move through and around you, helping the nervous system settle while creating space for clarity, intention, and renewal.
No aerial or yoga experience is required.
🌙 What to Expect
The journey begins with grounding and breath to help you arrive fully in your body, followed by an immersive live sound experience featuring:
• Crystal singing bowls
• Tibetan bowls
• Gong
• Chimes and subtle atmospheric tones
This extended 90-minute journey allows time not only for relaxation, but for true integration — giving the nervous system space to settle and recalibrate.
