New Moms Group - Winter 2025

Guided by weekly prompts, new moms with babies through six months who live in Upper Manhattan are invited to gather in local community and share their experiences, ask questions, or just listen, in a supportive and inclusive environment that honors each unique family.

New Moms Groups are held in-person at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood at 54 Nagle Avenue in room 312 on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) on the following dates from 10:15 - 12:15. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.

There is no fee to attend, but for those who are able to give we do suggest a donation of $60 for the series to help fund this program and others like it. To register without making a donation, please email [email protected]
