Join our New Moms Group for support, guidance, and community as you begin your parenting journey.
Welcoming a new baby can be a beautiful yet challenging journey! Our neighborhood New Moms Group is designed to provide guidance, community, and resources for Inwood and Washington Heights mothers with babies under six months old.
This program offers:
• Weekly discussion groups led by an experienced facilitator focused on topics like newborn care, sleep, and self-care
• Connections with other local moms for shared experiences and friendship
• Access to helpful resources for postpartum wellness
To ensure we can welcome as many new moms as possible, priority will be given to moms who have not completed the program before. Join us for encouragement, learning, and community as you navigate the early months of motherhood!

New Moms Groups are held in-person at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood at 54 Nagle Avenue in room 312 on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) on the following dates from 10:15 - 12:15. Stroller parking is available on the 1st floor.
