About this Event
Foundry Gallery is pleased to announce our newest exhibition featuring the work of our three new members entitled: New Member Artist Spotlight. This group exhibition will present the three new artists of the gallery featuring the work of these amazing emerging artists, each offering a distinct and thoughtful approach to the gallery’s visual practice. These works range from pointillism, design-based color exploration, and imaginary science fiction.
The exhibition includes Art Gutkin, an artist working in abstract pointillism, employing meticulous arrangements of individual marks to construct layered compositions rich in texture, movement, and abstraction. These works invite close observation while offering a broader exploration of rhythm and spatial depth.
Also featured is, Hilary Bond, an artist whose background in graphic design informs a practice centered on color theory. Through deliberate use of hue, contrast, and balance, the work examines the psychological and visual impact of color, bridging principles of design with fine art aesthetics.
Completing the exhibition is Troy Bunch, an artist specializing in science fiction–inspired artwork. Drawing from speculative narratives and futuristic imagery, these works explore imagined worlds and alternative realities, engaging themes of technology, innovation, and human experience.
Together, these three artists present a cohesive yet varied exhibition that highlights experimentation, conceptual rigor, and diverse modes of visual expression.
We would like you to join us in welcoming these new artists and celebrate them and their work in joining Foundry Gallery. Stop by the Opening Reception for an opportunity to engage with the artist during the exhibition, in person and to meet the artists in a gallery setting.
