Walk into this new year with a soft, open, light heart. 2025 was so heavy for many of us.
Let's gather to soften our spirits, shed 2025, and let light back into our hearts.
✨ Join this new year sound bath experience that includs intention-setting, deep breathing, and a sound bath with sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments.
🤲 No prior mediation exerience is needed, simply come and receive.
🧦 Dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a scarf or mask to place over your eyes if you'd like. A select number of yoga mats will be available at the studio for use.
🚪 Doors will be locked at 1:10 pm.
