We are proud to bring you an enlightening 30-minute talk by Family Medical physicist, Dr. Sosa, dedicated to injury prevention and mobility enhancement. The talk delves into the science behind movement patterns, biomechanics, and injury prevention strategies tailored for the yoga practice and beyond. Join Dr. Sosa to gain valuable insights and practical tips to safeguard your body while maximizing mobility, ensuring a safe and fulfilling journey on the mat.

Be there as we flow through poses accessible to all levels, fostering a holistic experience of mind-body connection and rejuvenation.
ABOUT OUR GUEST DOCTOR:
Dr. Andres Sosa is our Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine and trauma. After his residency in Orthopedics, he took a Master’s in Upper Limb Surgery at the University of Bologna (Italy). Furthermore, the Sports Medicine program at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia (USA) obtained his second Master’s in Shoulder Surgery with the University of Andalucía (Spain). Once in Vietnam, he continues his surgical training with Arthrex ArthroLab (Singapore) focused on arthroscopic techniques for shoulder and knee injuries.
Dr. Sosa joined FMP in 2018 and is responsible for all orthopedic and trauma cases. He is also a sports nutrition expert from Major University (Chile) and is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
