We’ll be meeting at Carmen Care Health and Wellness Institute, a center known for its integrative approach to healing and whole-body wellness.
Our monthly gatherings are simple and meaningful. They’re a space to slow down, connect, and be in conversation with others who value growth, healing, and conscious business.

This month, we are honored to be joined by Leslie Carmen, founder of Carmen Care and a deeply experienced practitioner in integrative and energy-based healing.
She will be speaking about: The Toxins in Our Food and Detoxing
Leslie’s work is rooted in both science and intuition. With a background in Chinese Medicine, laser therapy, holistic iridology, and energy modalities like REIKI and PSYCH-K, she brings a perspective that looks beyond symptoms and into the deeper patterns that affect the body and mind.
Her journey into this work was personal as it was professional.
After her daughter was diagnosed with a severe neurological condition, Leslie chose to explore alternative paths to healing when conventional options felt limiting. What followed was a transformation that not only changed her daughter’s life, but shaped the work she now brings to thousands of others.
Today, she is known for helping people reconnect with their body’s ability to heal, through approaches that are non-invasive, thoughtful, and deeply individualized.
This conversation will be an invitation to look at healing differently.
