This is a space where *all bodies, all budgets, all beliefs, all backgrounds, and all beings* are wholly welcome to let loose and bring their insides to their outsides, inspiring deep healing with wild magic and a co-created safe space for self discovery, self expression, and self love.

🫂 **A Note on Safety & Sensitivity** ⚠️
Elemental Expression is a space committed to *full* acceptance, which includes the complexity of human emotion and experience. *We are not a trigger-free space*. We believe true healing happens when we learn to navigate our internal responses with compassion, and allow others the space to do the same.
Through following a simple set of logical human boundaries (no touching without consent, arrive on time/showered, take responsibility for your triggers/emotions/actions, etc), we open our hearts and spill our guts on the dance floor in the name of LOVE!
To support you further through this process, we have created a soft-sensory-sanctuary called "Sensory Town", designed as a comfortable little retreat for when you may be feeling triggered, overstimulated, or just plains snuggly.
Sensory Town includes:
- Soft cushions and blankets
- A room divider (that you can color on!)
- Fidget toys and self-regulation tools
- A selection of divination/affirmation/somatic healing cards
- Noise-cancelling ear muffs
- Various self-care tools
We invite you to utilize this zone freely whenever you need to pause, ground, and tend to yourself during the event.
*A Note About Our Altar/Tools*
We love inviting our community to enjoy and co-create our altar each Sunday. While built ahead of time with with gem stones, divination decks, drums, spell paper, art supplies, sacred waters, healing reference books, any personal or healing items you'd like to put on the alter (to charge, cleanse, or create with) during the gathering are welcome!

✨ No Divide KC is located in the historic Livestock Exchange Building, Suite 200, at 1600 Genessee St., Kansas City, MO 64102. It is an arts organization and community-focused event space, and one that we’re excited to collaborate with for at least the month of April (we’re still in search of a space that fits all of our desires and needs *effortlessly*, and for now we’re deeply grateful to call No Divide our present dance space 🪩). **Park and enter through the back door!**
SCHEDULE:
***Please read the schedule below, to be prepared for Sunday's outline. 🙂***
- Doors open at 10:22 (someone will greet you outside and point you in the right direction, so please be on time if you can, to give yourself the most smooth and connected experience!)
- Opening circle at 10:33
- 10:33-11:11 = Opening circle ceremony*
- 11:11-11:22/11:33 = Group movement + bio break (bathroom/water/any clothing adjustments).
- 11:33 = Music starts (time to dance!)**
- 1:00/1:11 = Closing circle ceremony
- 1:33 = Cleanup (MUST be out by 2pm!)
NOTE: This location has asked us NOT to smudge/burn coals or incense indoors— We’ll be clearing the space with the other elements)
