What!!!!
Ugly Sweater Contest! Come as you are or dress to impress for a fun and lighthearted holiday themed ugly sweater contest. Prizes will be awarded.
Make and Take: Make your choice of a holiday themed drink mug (hot chocolate included) OR a holiday themed candle holder (LED candle included). All supplies and tools needed with be ready for you to use. This is a fun, free, and easy craft you can keep for yourself or give as a gift.
Treats to Share: for those who enjoy cooking and baking feel free to bring a holiday dessert or appetizer to share. Beverages will be provided, along with a few extra goodies. No signup sheet, no one is required to bring anything. For those that do, bring what you enjoy.
Board Entertainment: The New Hope Board will have a special skit prepared to entertain us all with. A short general meeting will be held following the party.
Happy Hour: Join other members at Frankie's Pizza in New Hope after the meeting for more social time before heading home for the evening.
Who: We are a diverse group of women and men 18+ throughout the area and come together to make a difference in our community, grow as individuals, learn new skills, and make new friends. New Hope WT members volunteer throughout the year by participating in food shelf collections, caroling at local nursing homes, making Ronald McDonald breakfast bags, thanksgiving basket collections, and much more. We raise money for the 281 School District and other local organizations. We offer social activities for our members such as a book club, walking club, cookie exchange, craft nights, ladies night out, park play dates and more. Members can do as much or little as they choose. Everyone is valued and appreciated where they are at.
