The home is fully purpose built and includes:
- Two large High Physical Support SDA bedrooms with private ensuites
- A dedicated carer room for 24 hour support
- Open plan kitchen and living areas
- An accessible kitchen with adjustable benches
- A central accessible bathroom, a step-free layout, wide corridors
- A seamless indoor to outdoor flow through a covered pergola
- The design supports ceiling hoist installation and all High Physical Support requirements.
Located close to Southgate Square Shopping Centre, medical services, public transport, and Wilfred Taylor Reserve, this property offers both comfort and convenience for participants.
