- Event & Venue Policy:We MUST comply with the venue and their policies. If we don’t, we lose access to using it. Anyone interfering with our ability to use the event space may be asked to leave. Be mindful that non-traders can access free events too. Free venues require our event be open to the public.
- Trade Only &/or Selling: If an event is trade only - DO NOT put the group at risk by breaking this rule. If an event allows sales - Approved Vendors (people that purchased a table) have permission to sell. Attendees do not.
- Questions or Concerns:Any questions or concerns at an event should be brought directly to the event host(s) ONLY. Disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated.
