New Director Certification Class

Newell’s four-hour New Director Certification Course satisfies the statutory requirement for the initial board-member education for both Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Owners’ Associations (COAs).

This course must be completed within 90 days of a director’s election or appointment to the board.

Completion of this course does not satisfy the continuing-education requirement for directors.
