Join us at 5.30pm for a 1 hour tour of this unique “frozen in time” bunker. Our local guide who trained as part of the team of locals to monitor the arrival or potential arrival of radioactive fallout. You will view the control centre and communications hub where the team would work together to plot data on situations boards. See the technology of the time used in the meteorological room and the radio room where public safety information would have been broadcast to islanders and take a look at the living quarters of where the team would eat and sleep in the event of any potential nuclear emergency.Tickets cost £15 plus the Eventbrite booking fee.
