Experience and receive wisdom from expert guides and transformative practices such as yin yoga, hatha yoga, ecstatic dance, labyrinth illumination, sound healing, laughter yoga, tai chi, kirtan and a heart opening rose-cacao ceremony. Explore offerings from local vendors and immerse yourself in a space of healing, joy, and embodied celebration.

6.15pm til 7pm - Tai Chi and Qi Gong for Spring Health with Carmen Eva Saccone

3:30 til 4.30pm - Yoga with Annabel Rae
4.45 til 5.15pm - Laughter Yoga with Maria Barnicoat
5.15 til 6.30pm - The Labyrinth Path to Illuminate your Inner Path with Justine Taylor
7.00 til 7.30 – Heart Opening Kirtan/Mantra Singing and Rose-Cacao Ceremony with Maria Barnicoat
7.30pm til 9.30pm – Equinox Ceremony & Prayer Party with Maria Barnicoat
Food and drink from Wild Health, K-Tea and Artisan Vendors with their beautiful wares such as Mariposa Creative will also be there. Own food and drink also welcomed.
Tickets entitle you to entry to any or all of the sessions.
