It's time to dance, sweat and destress!Come and join me at the Mairehau High School Hall as I kick off my new 'Dance Fitness with Kathryn Tizz' class venture on the 6th of October.
This will be a 60 minute class of bangers from 6.30pm - 7.30pm every Monday night so arrive a little early to get yourself sorted.
Class will cost $10 per person and for this opening night everyone who attends will receive a half price voucher to attend another class.
There will also be a couple of giveaways on the night so stay tuned for that!
