Kia ora everyone,It’s nearing time for CathSoc’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year's AGM will be held at Kolbe House on Monday 6th of October at 6:15 pm (Week 11 of the UC Semester).
All CathSoc members are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting. We need 10 people present, including current and prospective executives, to meet quorum. The meeting should take no longer than an hour.
All UC Clubs are required by the UCSA to hold one AGM each year to cover off any relevant reports, accept or reject any changes to the Club’s Constitution, and finally to vote on all executive roles for the following year.
Posted in the discussion section is the current constitution and the minutes of last year’s AGM. If you would like to propose any amendments to the constitution. Please email them to us at [email protected] by no later than Friday 26th of September. The proposed changes will then be sent out for review the following Monday 29th of September.
