Hop on Dotty for a five-hour learning adventure with the Luminate Bank Builder Team! Climb aboard Dotty, our comfortable tour bus, as we explore new build communities in Northern Colorado. During our journey, you’ll participate in the “New Construction vs. Resale Transactions” course, a 2 CE Colorado Real Estate Commission-approved class designed to help brokers master the unique challenges and opportunities of new construction deals.
