We’ll break down incentive opportunities, eligibility requirements, and how developers can maximize savings while building smarter, more efficient communities.
The training will be held at the Hawai‘i Energy Training Room (45 N. King St. Suite #500, Honolulu HI 96817). The training will be also offered remotely via Microsoft Teams. LUNCH and parking will be provided.
Who Should Attend?
This session is designed for developers and other new constructions stakeholders, including architecture and engineering firms, contractors, regulators, and project funders across both commercial and residential development.

· Overview of rebates and incentives are available to new builds and major renovations in both the residential and commercial sectors
· Differences between rebates for market rate vs. affordable housing
· New Construction & Major Renovation Rebate process: timelines, documentation required, and main pathways for engagement
We'll provide lunch and a beverage at 11:30am, program begins at 12pm! Networking to follow from 1-2PM. We will send participants a map and instructions on how to get to the training room prior to the class. Parking validation is included.
